Before a transaction is accepted, a user is able to look at the other user’s entire library to search for an item(s) they would like to trade in order to agree to the trade.

We help you create and print a shipping label and track the item(s) in route as long as USPS provides tracking information.

Monthly Subscription: $6.99 for unlimited trades.

First open your free account, build a profile and “upload” your items. We’ll make your items searchable to other users then, simply initiate a trade request for an item you want or just wait for a comunity member to reach out to you for an item in your library. We can then help you set up shipping through our shipping partner.
We require that you use our shipping partner in order to have some level of accountability from both parties shipping the items. If the USPS scans the items, each user will be able to see the progress the items are making along the way.
The short answer is no. All of the items you trade are hard-copy items that you own. You’ve spent years collecting game and movie disks, books, etc, now they sit and collect dust at home, this is the “currency” you use to trade with.
NUM gives you the option to trade media with people from as close as your neighborhood to as far as across the country. To search locally, simply click on “Search Local” and allow the browser to know your location to pull up a map showing members in your area, then click on their profile to see their library.
No. Only original items are to be used for transactions. It is YOUR responsibility to follow all applicable laws, breaking the laws can expose you to severe penalties as well as getting you banned for life.

We employ a trust-based rating system where users rate each other and may leave comments on the experience of dealing with you. You may receive a positive rating for sending the right item in a timely manner or a negative rating for not sending it at all, taking a long time to send it, showing up late to a meet up, etc. Comments and ratings will available to you to help you choose the right fit.
